Refund Policy

At Our World, all our products are made to order through print-on-demand. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for normal wear and tear or minor color variations due to screen differences.

All our hoodies are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds except for damaged or incorrect items.
